Eating a tomato in July is remarkably more satisfying than eating one in January. Seasonal produce has many benefits, and yet, most people do not know what grows when. This is where the Seasony iOS app comes in. Seasony helps users discover what is in season in their area. You can also search by fruit or vegetable name, by month, or scroll through the Fruit and Veggie Glossary. The app provides information tailored your location, including maps and details about local farmer's markets. Once you know what is in season, Seasony offers hundreds of delicious, seasonal recipes. Seasony makes eating food harvested at the peak of its season easy and rewarding. I came up with the concept for this app, mapped user flows, and created the branding and visual design. App development and testing are currently underway and we are hoping to launch in Fall 2018.
